60min Healing Session

Experience a deeply restorative session designed to support your physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic well-being.

Each individual healing session is thoughtfully tailored using a blend of Reiki, Healing Touch, and intuitive guidance, creating a gentle yet powerful space for healing, balance, and reconnection.

You’ll receive a full 60 minutes of hands-on energy work during your session. To honor this, time has been set aside to accommodate a brief chat before we begin, and space afterward to reflect, integrate, and ground. These conversations help deepen the experience and ensure your session is uniquely attuned to your needs.

About the session – As you rest fully clothed on the treatment table, gentle touch (or work just above the body) is used to guide the flow of energy. Drawing from a combination of:

• Reiki – to channel universal life force energy, supporting relaxation and energetic harmony
• Healing Touch – to clear and restore the energy field, balancing the chakras and subtle body
• Intuitive energy work – to tune into your body’s messages and direct energy where it’s most needed
• Also included, if you choose, is Aromatherapy, Crystal Enhancement and/or single Tarot/Oracle card pull.

You may experience sensations like warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a deep sense of stillness. Many clients leave feeling lighter, more centered, and reconnected with their inner calm and clarity.
