About
Inner Harmony Healing started as a reflection of my own journey to find balance. Life can get complicated and stressful, leading to mental, physical, and spiritual dis-ease. I found myself in a stressful job that consumed my identity, pushing the things (and people) I valued to the side. I allowed my thoughts to be consumed with toxic comparisons of how my life should be. I no longer found appreciation for all the blessings I was surrounded with every day. Burnout is real, and the healing process can be long.
Healing is a journey, and the purpose of Inner Harmony Healing is to create a sacred space for healing in all forms.
I started reiki therapy nearly 10 years ago. It kept me going for years. I had to go every month, and if I missed a session, it really affected me. In 2023, I was granted the opportunity to transition out of my stressful career. Transfer into what exactly? I am still discovering that. I began daily meditation and journaling and was called to take Reiki I: Self-healing. Immediately, I was called again to take Reiki II and Master Reiki training and attunement.
Boom. Just like that- I was on a journey to wellness, balance, and harmony. However, it’s never fun to do it alone. The more I learned, the more I wanted to share. The more I felt harmony, the more I wanted to help others feel the same. The more I felt awakened to my true self, the more I wanted to facilitate a space where people could feel safe exploring their healing journey…. and Inner Harmony Healing was born.
I knew there was more to explore beyond Reiki. A chance encounter at a crystal shop led me to start the fast track to becoming a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner.
So, all that to say…. Welcome to Inner Harmony Healing. A safe, sacred space to explore your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing journey. Sessions are facilitated and curated specifically for you and what your individual intentions are. I am happy you found yourself here.
A little ’bout me-
I grew up in Minnesota. I appreciate its seasonality. My favorite seasons are Spring and Fall…. just something about that transitioning and transforming energy that is beautiful.
I love dogs and horses. They are healers themselves, and like most animals, I believe they are pure love sent to Earth to support us in our journey. My first ‘Soul Dog’, Macy- sent us June (pictured below) almost 2 years “to-the-day” after she passed.
If I drove truck, my CB radio handle would be ‘Sunset Chaser’. By that statement alone, you might be able to guess my age. You might also guess, if I follow the sun, I also follow the moon– and other planets (#TeamPluto) and feel their gravitational energy.
I love yoga, meditation and the outdoors. My husband (Andy) and I are checking off visiting all Minnesota State Parks, one year at a time. Since April of 2022, we have been to 15.
I got my first Tarot deck at 13 years old and have been exploring the metaphysical ever since. BUT I am also very literal and left brained…. which means I both question and believe everything.
Im a good listener and enjoy deep conversations, especially while eating a classic M&M blizzard from Dairy Queen… nothing better.

Symbolic Meaning
In its true form- The Unalome symbol originates from Buddhist traditions, where it represents the path towards enlightenment. Visually, it resembles a spiral or a series of twists and turns, often ending with a straight line or a dot at the top, symbolizing Harmony. This symbol serves as a reminder that life is full of twists and turns, and that healing is a lifelong journey of discovery. The circle of divine energy encompasses us all, supporting all life, in all its forms. Seeing it here reminds us to tap into the universal life force and feel its constant love and guidance.
