Set Powerful Intentions and Align with the New Moon’s Energy

The New Moon marks the beginning of a fresh cycle—a time to plant seeds for new growth, set intentions, and align with your desires for the coming weeks and months. This energy healing session will combine Reiki, Healing Touch, and intuitive energy work with a sacred New Moon Intention Setting Jar Ritual, designed to help you harness the fresh, creative energy of the New Moon to manifest your goals and intentions.

The session includes:

• 60 minutes of healing energy work, where I will use a combination of Reiki, Healing Touch, and intuitive energy work to clear any energetic blockages, balance your chakras, and reset your energy. This process helps you release any limiting beliefs or stagnant energy so you’re clear and open to new beginnings.
• New Moon Intention Setting Jar Ritual, a beautiful, transformative ritual that will help you set your intentions for the upcoming moon cycle. This ritual includes:
• Guided intention setting to clarify what you want to manifest in your life.
• A special Intention Setting Jar, where we will write down your goals and desires, which you will take home and place somewhere special to keep your intentions alive throughout the moon cycle.
• Take-home elements, including personalized mantras, journal prompts, and moon-themed insights to support you as you work toward your intentions during the month ahead.

You’ll leave feeling empowered, with a sense of clarity and direction, and an energized connection to your goals and the energy of the New Moon.
